For most Canadians, buying a home is the most exiting and expensive purchase they will make in their lifetime. Having a professional home inspection gives you peace of mind, confidence and a choice before purchasing your new home.

After finding a house, negotiating a mortgage and budgeting yoursel ,you can easily get into a situation where you find yourself in costly repairs and/or improvements that could leave you with a large financial burden. An Inspector is the best professional to minimize this predicament. We will look at over four hundred points in six categories to give you a general idea and condition of the new home before you buy. It is our job to put into perspective and explain to you (The BUYER) all visible defects and problems found within the dwelling in question.

We are the Sherlock Holmes of the industry reporting to you and documenting each and every category with a written report with photographs that will explain all of what we find. An inspection will take between 3 to 4 hours (on average) followed by a questionnaire called “the vendor's declaration ", which adds important information about the history of the house and experiences of the occupants.

" The cost of having a professional home inspection is very small
when you compare it to the cost of your investment in the property. "
Can you afford not to?
